The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment.  Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.   We also offer early morning (7 am) and late afternoon (5 pm - 6:30 pm) appointments on a limited basis.

All new patients should contact our office manager and new patient coordinator, Donna Baptista-Bean at 617-739-8200, extension 226, or complete the appointment request form below. Donna will be happy to help you schedule an appointment!

Hammond Pond Dental Associates accepts direct insurance benefits from Delta Dental, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Guardian Insurance, Aetna Insurance, and DeCare Dental Networks.  For all other insurance carriers, we will require payment in full at the time of service.  We will then submit a claim form to your carrier for reimbursement to you.  Payment plans will be offered through CareCredit, Citi Health Card, or Chase Health Advance.

Please do not use this form to cancel or change an existing appointment.  Please call us if you need to cancel.  We require at least 36 hours advance notification to cancel an appointment.  Failure to provide this notification will result in a charge of $50 per hour of scheduled appointment time.
