Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We also offer early morning appointments (7 am) and late afternoon appointments (5 pm - 6:30 pm) on a limited basis.
We require at least 36 hours advance notification to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide this notification will result in a charge of $50 per hour of scheduled appointment time.
