Shadi Aryanpour, DMD, MPH

Endodontics

 

    

    Shadi Aryanpour, D.M.D., M.P.H. joined our staff in 2011.  She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2001. She then completed three years of advanced training in Endodontics and earned a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study in Endodontics from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2004. She also holds a Masters in Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.

 

    Dr. Aryanpour graduated with honors from Stanford University with a B.A. in Human Biology. She also spent time researching The Development of a Tissue-Specific Magnetic Resonance Contrast Agent at Stanford Medical Center. She further continued her research as a Research Fellow in Restorative Dentistry at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine from 2001 to 2004, where she was involved in the Children’s Amalgam Study, studying the potential adverse effects of mercury in children’s amalgam. She has also researched the supply and demand for endodontic services and practices in the U.S., through the Department of Endodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Aryanpour has participated in several poster presentations and in 1999 was awarded the Proctor & Gamble Travel Fellowship Award for her research presentation at the International Association of Dental Research.

 

    Dr. Aryanpour is married and has two children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading and playing tennis.
